Pharmacodynamics & Mechanism of Action

Comprehensive pharmacological evaluation and mechanistic insights to establish solid pre-clinical Proof of Concept (PoC).

By providing comprehensive in vivo and in vitro research platforms, we empower clients to establish a robust Proof of Concept (PoC) early in development. We decipher the pharmacological mechanisms to provide rigorous scientific evidence for efficacy validation and development strategies, laying a solid foundation for subsequent clinical translation.

Our preclinical testing laboratory provide comprehensive R&D Services.

High-Standard SPF Animal Center & Humanized Mouse Platform

Our facility features a high-cleanliness SPF (Specific Pathogen Free) animal center. The entire area is equipped with IVC (Individually Ventilated Cages) systems, and all animal procedures are conducted within BSC (Biosafety Cabinets). This rigorous environment enables the housing, breeding, and modeling of highly immunodeficient mice, including the establishment of sophisticated humanized mouse models.

Humanized mice are essential tools for reconstructing or simulating the human immune system and tumor microenvironment. We have successfully established a Human PBMC (Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cell) humanization system, compatible with various mouse strains such as NSG, NPG, B2M-NPG, and DK/NPG.

Advanced Analytical Capabilities

Using this platform, we perform comprehensive human immune cell population analysis across tissues including blood, spleen, and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs). Our flow cytometry panels detect a wide range of cell surface antigens and markers, such as:

  • Adaptive Immune Subsets
  • Innate & Myeloid Populations
  • Tumor Microenvironment (TME) Characterization

Core Applications

This platform provides critical support for:

  1. Establishing Hu-PDX (Humanized Patient-Derived Xenograft) models
  2. Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) Evaluation
  3. Validating the efficacy of Next-Gen Biologicals (BsAbs, ADCs etc.)
  4. Immune Checkpoints & Combination Therapy Strategies
  5. Human Tumor Microenvironment (TME) Profiling
